This Privacy Policy explains how Nordus ("Nordus", "we", "us"), operated by ZIM Content, collects, uses and protects information when you use the Nordus workspace, including the web app at app.nordus.ai, our desktop and mobile apps, and the AI agents ("bots") that work inside them (together, the "Service").
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train our own AI models.
If you connect a Google account, Nordus accesses only the Google data needed for the features you turn on, such as reading or creating files in Google Drive, managing Google Calendar events or reading and sending Gmail messages on your request. This data is used only to provide those features to you.
Nordus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models, we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide or improve user-facing features, for security or to comply with law, and we never use it for advertising. Humans do not read this data unless you ask us to, it is needed for security or legal compliance, or it has been aggregated and anonymized.
You can disconnect Google at any time in Nordus or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
To answer your requests, your content is processed by third-party AI model providers and by the infrastructure providers that host and deliver the Service (such as server hosting, Cloudflare networking and email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing their services. AI outputs can be inaccurate; please review important results before relying on them.
We share information only with the service providers described above, with the third-party services you connect and instruct the bots to use, when required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. Bots act only within the workspace and accounts you authorize.
Data is stored on servers we control and with our providers, and may be processed outside your country, including outside Brazil, with appropriate safeguards. We use encryption in transit, access controls restricted to authorized team members, device pairing and encrypted storage for connected-account credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
We keep your content while your workspace is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete conversations, files and connections, and you can ask us to delete your workspace; backups are removed within 30 days after deletion, unless the law requires longer retention.
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable laws, you may request access to, correction, portability or deletion of your personal data, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Contact us at support@nordus.ai and we will reply within 15 days.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you in the Service.
